Documents to Register Cross-Border Logistics
- Electronic copy of Informational Reference (UFMP).
- Copy of lease agreement certified with company stamp.
- Application for registration at customs authority (original).
- Notarized copy of State Registration Certificate.
- Original agreement with bonded warehouse if no agreement with customs broker is available.
- Notarized copy of Articles of Association (and all changes with proof of their registration at the Register).
- Notarized copy of Reference Letter from Federal State Statistics Service of Russia (issued within last 6 months).
- Certificate or Notification of Registration with the Ministry of Taxation Russia (original or notarized copy).
- Company of company’s financial statements for the latest reporting period with acceptance mark of tax authorities and certified with company stamp.
- Original bank references (issued within 1 month) about open bank accounts (in roubles and foreign currency) of cross-border logistics player.
- Copy of agreement with customs broker, if no such agreement, then original power of attorney to the person authorized to represent the company in customs authorities (on company letterhead).
- Copies of passports of Director General, Chief Accountant, attorney-in-fact, certified with company stamp.
- Copies of orders to appoint Director General, Chief Accountant, certified with company stamp.
- Notarized copy of Re-registration Certificate (for companies registered before July 2002).
- Copy of title deed of leaser certified with the leaser’s stamp.
- Copy of Profit and Loss Statement (with acceptance mark of tax authorities), certified with company stamp.
- Extract from the Unified State Register (notarized or certified by tax authorities).
- Copy of order to appoint attorney-in-fact in case there is no agreement with customs broker.
- Copy of attorney-in-fact contract of employment in case there is no agreement with customs broker.
- Notarized copy of company Memorandum (and all changes with proof of their registration at the Register) or copy of resolution of association certified with company stamp.
